• Project Inquiry form (Services page): your name, email address, the service you need, an optional budget and your project details.
• Client Review form (Home page): your name, email address, the service you received, your rating, your review text and your permission to publish it.

Like most websites, the hosting server may also automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance purposes.

2. How I use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To provide the services you request.
• To publish your review on this website — only if you have ticked the permission box. Only your name, rating and review text may be shown; your email address is never published.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

3. Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are also sent to my email inbox. The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. I keep form messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records, and then delete them.

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work (for example, cookies set by WordPress and Elementor). I do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

5. Third-party links

This website links to external services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply.

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent me, or to remove a published review. Simply email me and I will respond as soon as possible.
